1. Objectives
The research focuses on educational resources description, exploration, and management techniques to facilitate resource sharing in e-learning area. It aims to provide high scalability resource construction tools and systems by developing resource management platform, resource sharing platform, and other systems. These are effective measures to standardize nation’s educational resources construction and raise the resource sharing and utilizing level.

3. Achievements
We suggested a layered distributed e-learning recourses service model and put it into practice. We developed a recourse registration search engine, proposed a standard educational resources process strategy and procedure, and developed series tools of standard describing and wrapping. Successfully applied for several invention patents and registered several kinds of computer software copyright. More than 20 papers have been indexed by SCI, EI, and ISTP.
