This academic report is divided into four parts: goals and tasks of educational informatization in 2035, educational informatization has achieved more than expected results, strategic deployment and challenge of the transformation and upgrading of educational information, application and innovation remain the fundamental drivers of accelerated development. The goals for 2035 are: from 2020 to 2035, on the basis of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, we will strive for another 15 years to basically realize socialist modernization; From 2035 to the middle of this century, on the basis of basically realizing modernization, we will strive for another 15 years to build China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful. Moreover, researcher Wang Zhuzhou made a detailed interpretation of the ten strategic tasks of education modernization. The researcher of Wang Zhuzhou points out, the achievement that educational informatization obtained exceeds expectation basically reflected in brought into play the role that promotes educational fairness cannot replace, explored the new way that raised educational teaching quality, built the new mode that expands outstanding educational resource to supply, formed the new way that raises educational management ability four respects. Through the interpretation of the red-letter documents, the audience can make clear the strategic deployment and challenges of the transformation and upgrading of educational informatization, and emphasize that application and innovation are still the fundamental driving force for accelerating development through specific case.

The former director of the central institute of education and information technology, who has been engaged in the research and application promotion of education technology for a long time, is now a professor of Central China Normal University and South China Normal University, a member of the expert group of education informatization expert group wisdom education demonstration zone, and the deputy leader of the subject group of national education science planning information and communication technology.
