Current research interests include single and multichannel speech and audio signal processing, spatial audio signal processing, acoustic signal processing for microphone and loudspeaker arrays, acoustic design of musical instruments and multimedia Quality of Experience (QoE).

Overview：

The keynote lecture will first describe the concept of Quality of Experience (QoE) and how it applies to the delivery of video content through the Internet. The remainder of the lecture will describe the latest scalable video coding solutions and how they are used by today’s streaming video companies to maximise the QoE.
