Speakers Information:

Minjie Zhang, full professor in the University of Wollongong(UOW), the Director of Centre for Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Systems, and the Chair of the Research Cluster in Computer Science and IT, at the UOW. Her research interests include multi-agent systems and their applications in complex domains, distributed artificial intelligence, smart modeling and simulation in complex systems, data mining and knowledge discovery, service-oriented systems, agent-based grid/cloud computing, and smart grid systems.

Overview：

These two talks will introduce current projects and multi-agent solutions to solving challenging issues in complex system development, including multi-agent solutions for smart grid systems and multi-agent approaches for disaster/emergency managements.
