On this 34^th Teachers’ Day, or the afternoon of September 10^th, Chen Houfeng, deputy secretary of university CPC committee, secretary of university Discipline Inspection Committee on behalf of our university CPC committee and administration visits teachers’ representative of our school. Zhou Yan, deputy director of university office, Yang Wanwen, deputy director of the Office of Personnel and Cai Kuang, member of the OP accompanied with him, and You Li, secretary of our school CPC committee and Zhong Wenyue deputy secretary of our school CPC committee joined with him.

   Secretary Chen have visited Associate Professor Wang Qinye, who entered our school in 2016, a Taiwan’s teacher of Science Education and Communication Department. Secretary Chen ask closely about Professor Wang’s living and working conditions, especially whether he has difficulty in eating, accommodations and other aspects. Professor Wang was greatly touched by the act that university leadership went down to the grassroots and cared for front line teachers, expressing that everything went well here. He was very glad to work in the school and deeply grateful for the concern and care from our school, and will continue working hard in the future. “It’s the best choice to come to and work in SEIT in CCNU, and I’m very satisfied with it.” said Professor Wang. Secretary Chen appreciated Professor Wang’s earnest effort and hard work, and gave festival’s greetings and bonus to Professor Wang. Meanwhile, he said our university will make efforts to improve teachers’ teaching and research conditions, in order to help teachers do their teaching work better and make a more significant contribution to Double First-rate Construction of CCNU.

   You Li, secretary of our school CPC committee also told Secretary Chen conditions related to Professor Wang and that Professor Wang performed his teaching duty well, worked hard, consulted with other teachers with an open mind, participate actively in group activities of our school as well as make a quick scientific research progress. Secretary Chen said that talent is valuable resources of a university, our school should take all-side consideration to promote teachers’ professional development so that we can not only bring in teachers, but also retain and make good use of them. They can join forces in teaching and become a driving force for school’s development.

   In the end, Secretary Chen greeted the other teachers present and visited the newly opened teachers' offices of the school, and put forward some suggestions for the construction of the school. Secretary Chen also delegated the person in charge of our school to send greetings to all the staff of our school on Teachers' Day, wishing them a happy work and a happy life.
