    The colloquium was based on keeping the initial heart and mission of educator in mind and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The colloquium was divided into four parts: “Never forget your initial heart, and your mission can be accomplished.”, “New era and new journey”, “Strengthen moral education and cultivate people: The Fundamental Mission of Educators”, “Be a good teacher who strengthen moral education and cultivate people and have ideals and faith, moral sentiment, solid knowledge and heart of benevolence '.

First of all, Professor Wan analyzed the important position of the educators in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, that is, "the cultural education of the People's Republic of China is a new-democratic cultural education. That is, national, scientific, and mass cultural education."
